An HIV screening test done at least three months (12 weeks) after a possible exposure is considered to be both definitive and conclusive in terms of ones status in regards to HIV.

In other words, your test done 16 weeks after this event has clearly shown you are HIV negative.

Whatever is causing your symptoms has nothing to do with HIV.

Were you tested for any other STD's? HIV is actually a fairly difficult STD to pick up; others are far easier.
