    HPV and HSV2
    sunshine_girl posted:
I was diagnosed with HPV about 3 years ago, but never had any symptoms besides a few abnormal paps. Recently I developed an extremely painful sore inside my vagina and my doctor is concerned it may be herpes. Waiting for my test results. Any chance it could be related to HPV???

No. HPV might cause genital warts but these are not painful sores.
