I have had hsv2 for 3years now. About a year nd a half ago I had a breakout on the palms m.d. my hands nd the soles of my feet and the doctor thought it was syphilis but I had 3 test done to regular test for syphilis nd one broad test that consist of different strains and they all came back negative . I don't know what it was and to this day I still get a blister on my hand but not as bad as the first time. Do anyone have a idea what it could be

If you have HSV 2 genitally then all symptoms should be in your genital area as the virus is found in the nerve endings of the genital area. Very rarely some people wil get it on thier hands and this is called Hereps Whitlow. The next time you get an issue on your hands go and be seen and get the area swabbed/cultured/typed to find out if this is what you have. This must be done within 48 hours of when you first notice this for best results. Go to the top of this board and search that in the window to see if can find more posts of same type. It is not very common but does happen.
