Perhaps but consider getting tested as opposed to showing pictures of this body part over the internet.

Testing would give you a much better idea of what this is.

Go to a Doc asap and get the area swabbed/cultured/typed so you will know what it is.

It would be a good idea to get tested for all STI'S as well as a type specific IgG blood test for HSV 1 & 2. Post the numeric test results on here so someone can confirm your Herpes status.
