    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Worried about what is going on

I had unprotected sex a few days ago, I have noticed a couple dots pop up, almost look like zits, I went to get it checked at planned parenthood and they said it looks like jock itch because its in that vicinity, theres now a couple ulcerations on the shaft it looks like, but I have none of the herpes symptons. No burning pee, no fever, no headaches, nothing of that sort. I did however have a very sore throat.. The doctor said it doesnt look like herpes and theres nothing to culture. It itches a tiny bit from time to time, but besides that it has not been bothering me with pain, Its just kind of there and annoying me.

Here is some information on jock itch that contains some treatment options you might try. If you don't feel what you are experiencing matches the symptoms above, it may be a good idea to schedule another appointment to see if maybe something was missed. Please let us know how you are doing.

    Best wishes,
