    I started getting symptoms of chlamydia , although I think it was me being paranoid . M testicles ached not bad atall though . And I had a very slight amount of discharge about 30 minutes after masturbating . A couple days later I felt worse and I got diagnosed with strep throat

    They gave me antibiotics for the strep and all those symptoms went awa . I haven't had them since .

    With you both being immersed in water, it's unlikely that you would have been infected with anything. The water would have washed anything off or diluted it immediately. Aching in the testicles isn't unheard of if you are playing with a cute girl and don't get off. So don't worry about that too much unless it's really severe and isn't resolved by masturbation. I think it's the cultural fear and shame about sex talking, more than any real chance of an STD. That said, be careful in your sexual explorations and use protection. Also, enjoy yourself!
