Reduction of regular flare ups

An_208384 posted:
I was having monthly breakouts of genital herpes, until a doctor suggested the use of vitamin B complex tablets which help boost the immune system. I have also used herbal immune boosters such as amaranth and moringa, which have helped me go 3 to 5 months without breakouts. So i have decided to got the immune booster route rather than the antiviral way, but it is working for me.

Anyone with other ways to reduce flare ups please advise.
