Dear Sir
I have met urologist and he suggested to go for the below tests.I have gone for all tests like abdomen ultrasound scan,scortal doppler study,HIV,w.b.c count,v.d.r.l,Hbs Ag,RBS,S.Creatinine,Albumin,Sugar,Epithilial cells,P.S.A. all tests results came normal.

Doctor suggested me to hospitalized for 5 days and he has given me 1.Pipragram-T 4.5 g injections twice a day,Mikafast 500 mg injections twice a day, buffet 40 mg injections twice a day, Nock-3 tablets twice a day,Hetrazan 100 tablets thrice a day,Contiflo-D tablets once in a day and becospecial tablets once in a day.
After taking the above treatment, i got some relief, but the symptoms are still not cured completely.after this treatment again i have met the same doctor.He suggested me to take the following medication.
1.Clavcure 625 mg twice in a day for 10 days
2.Pantocid DSR twice in ady for 10 days
3.Hetrazan 100 tabs thrice in a day for 3 weeks
4.Nock-3 tabs-twice in a day for 3 weeks
and 5. Contiflo-D tabs - once in a day for 3 weeks.

Today only i have started the above medication.

All tests are showing normal.But i dont know why this pain is coming.Iam going to get married in this month end. my worry is that, if have this disease, it may transfer to my sex partner.Before marriage i want to cure this disease.kindly tell me, if i have this disease, i can go for a marriage or not?

After seeing my test results and my symptoms, kindly tell me i can go for amarriage or not and tell me to whom i should meet for the treatment.

What disease do you believe you have? All of your tests (and they have been considerable) have not come up with one diagnosis for an infectious disease.

Take the medication that has been prescribed for you and see if this helps with your symptoms.

You do understand that you do not have any STD that you can pass on to your new wife, correct?

Sounds like you possibly have some nerve pain issues in your lower back that are radiating down through your pelvic region and leg. Go get a cat scan for possible back disc injury. A protruding lower back disc can cause pain down into the testicles & penis as well as sciatic pain down the leg to the foot as you describe. I've experienced this very thing in the past.

go get it checked by a Neurologist. He can order a cat scan

Well, if the pain were limited to your testicle, penis and groin area then maybe that's a possibility. But you specifically described in your first post that you were also having pain from the testicle down the leg all the way to your foot. An Epididymitis infection will not do all that. In addition, although other things can cause Epididymitis infection and inflamation, the most common cause stated in most all the literature found is Gonorrhea or Chlamydia. You've already said you tested negative for STD and you don't describe any discharge from your penis.


But mainly the leg and foot pain you said you have are the reasons it doesn't sound like Epididymitis.

I want to explain my symptoms clearly.Kindly give reply
Iam suffering from below symptoms from past 4.5 yrs
1. After wake up from bed at early morning
a. Slight shiverring in left leg foot to the left leg hand.
b. Slight pain at the outer side of the left testicle and top of the left testicle to the left leg foot.Entire leg and knees are paining.pain is like a heart beat.(How heart beats like that pain comes and goes like a heart beat) and with shiverring.
2.After walking for a while of 10 to 15 Minutes
a. Slight shiverring in left leg foot to the left leg hand.
b. pain get increased at the outer side of the left testicle and top of the left testicle to the left leg foot.Entire leg and knees are paining.
c. When i pull testicles upwards, the pain was coming at outer side of the both testicle and nerve of the testicles joining at top of the testicles to the foot of the leg.
3.If i walk more than 15 to 20 mins, above pain was increasing more.
4.If i mastuberate,Iam getting pain after ejaculation and pain and burning sensation while urination.Pain around the testicles and abdomen for a few seconds after ejaculation.
5.If sperm comes at the time of dreams, then there was no pain or burning while urination and after ejaculation
6.When i sit for a more time example for more than 30 minutes, iam getting pain at buttucks.
7.Pain and burning sensation at the tip of the penis to the testicles.
For the above symptoms, i met urologist and he suggested me to go for below tests:

Prostate Specific Antigen:(PSA) Total : 1.4
Ultrasound Scanning:
A.Abdomino-Pelvic Ultrasound Scan
Results:Liver,Gall Bladder,Kidneys,Pancreas,Spleen,Aorta,IVC,Portal,Splenic vein,Bladder are normal
Prostate Volume: 20 cc in size and echogenicity.
No significant abnormality nated.
B. Scortal Doppler Study
Test Results:
Right Testis:4.3x2.5x1.7 cms
Left Testis: 4.2x2.7x1.6 cms
Normal homogenous echoes
No focal lesions
Normal itratesticular arterial pattern
Epididymis-Normal
No e/o Hydrocele/Varicocele
Scortal wall appears normal.
No sonologically detectable abnormalities observed.
After seeing these tests, doctor suggested me to take the below medication for 5 days.

After this i got some relax, again i met the same doctor and explained that i have not cured completely.Then he given the below treatment.

I have started this treatment before 7 days, with this i got some more relief.But Symptoms are still existing.
Finally i want to inform you that one day i have made mastuberation while sitting on the bench.After that day only i got pain in the testicles and one day i made unprotected sex with my girl friend .Due to these reasons only iam facing these symptoms.
After seeing my test results and symptoms ,kindly tell me whether iam having any Sexually transmitted disease or i need to go for any surgery for testiclar pain or whether i have to meet neurologist for nerves pain?
Kindly tell me what is my disease and whom to meet for treatment i.e either Urologist / neurologist/urosurgeon/neuro surgeon?

Did you get this problem sorted out? Are you aware that Hetrazan 100 is the drug of choice (diethylcarabamazine) for treating lymphatic filariasis. I find it very odd that a physician might give you this antihelminthic drug without telling you which worm/nematode he or she was trying to treat. The adult worm does reside in the lymph vessels of the scrotum and can cause very significant problems over time if left untreated.

I hope you have made a complete recovery.
