Priligy is the brand name for Dapoxetine. It was developed as an anti-depressant and works by regulating the uptake of Seratonin in your brain just like a lot of other anti-depressants.

You can find out which countries have approved Priligy for use in controlling premature ejaculation by Googling the name of the drug.

In my humble opinion, I think it's better to start treating premature ejaculation with physical means; i.e., squeezing the base of your penis when you feel the beginnings of ejaculation, rest and let it subside and keep on restricting it until you can hold it long enough to satisfy your partner. Dapoxetine is a PSYCHOTROPIC drug that affects your brain chemestry, mood and other things. Be careful with it an only use it under a doctor's supervision. Viagra and the other treatments for ED produce arterial expansion only in order to allow blood to flow and an erection to develop. They do not affect brain chemestry.

Don't buy drugs online. You don't know their ultimate source, how they are made and handled or even whether or not the pills you are getting are any kind of a drug at all. And contamination is a huge risk.

Get a friend to help you out practicing your ejaculatory training and make it into a fun experience.

Good luck.
