Ive came out in weird marks resembling love bites.

Recently Ive came out in 2 marks, one has faded away, that closely resemble "love bites".
They are both on the right shoulder but in different locations. One on top and one near the arm pit.I am not sure what they are from because I am not sexually active.Ive put it in here because love bites can be considered part of sexual health.

My first thought would be insect bites. Especially at this time of year. Possibly bed bug bites...
There's nothing inherently dirty about sex, but if you try real hard and use your imagination you can overcome that.
