pink eye and visitation
inert posted:
My wife and I are going through a difficault divorce, and custody is the issue. In the interim I am not in the house and have scheduled parenting time. My wife is refusing to bring the children as required for my parenting time (church and some activities after) because she woke up with Pink Eye. When she took my daughter for medical care today she stopped at a diner before going home. My wife maintains that my daughter is too contagious to be with me for my parenting time. I know this makes no sense, and for everyones benefit my wife has Borderline personality Disorder among a few other related psychological issues. But has anyone had experience with parenting time denials because of health matters and what can you tell me?
