I have recently noticed (from looking at pictures) that I seem to be devoloping a yellowish tint around my mouth and a little around my eyes. I am not sure how to post a pic here or I would include an example. Any ideas?

Grrenbeans3406,
Off hand, it's hard to say why this is happening. If you eat a lot of carrots and other vegetables with beta carotene in them, you can develop yellow or orange discoloration. You can see this also in the creases in your palms. You don't say what age you are, but sun damage is another cause for yellowing of the skin. If the yellow discoloration was more widespread I would worry about jaundice from hepatitis or liver disease. But you would feel sick with this.
If none of these sound right, try a skin brightener. There are many on the market, but an inexpensive one is Aveeno Positively Radiant.
