Abnormal Dark Spot on my neck!

Khusbandk posted:
I've had these spots on my neck area for about 12 months now. I didn't think anything of it because I thought it was just a dry skin problem. Well, turns out that it's not. I've tried multiple different types of lotion: Cocoa Butter, Cetaphil & Aloe Vera. These spots do not itch, but they are very visible. When I get out of the shower, they turn like an ashy white color until I lotion them. I tried to embed a picture here, but I can't! But if you're willing to help me, email me @ kurtishusband@me.com and I'll be glad to send you a couple pictures.
