    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Abnormal Dark Spot on my neck!
    Khusbandk posted:
I've had these spots on my neck area for about 12 months now. I didn't think anything of it because I thought it was just a dry skin problem. Well, turns out that it's not. I've tried multiple different types of lotion: Cocoa Butter, Cetaphil & Aloe Vera. These spots do not itch, but they are very visible. When I get out of the shower, they turn like an ashy white color until I lotion them. I tried to embed a picture here, but I can't! But if you're willing to help me, email me @ and I'll be glad to send you a couple pictures.

Sorry to hear you have had this problem for so long. Let us know if this slideshow has something similar to what you are experiencing to see if we can help - Adult Skin Problems

It is difficult to diagnosis over the internet, so please be sure to also show these areas to your doctor.

To post a picture it is best to use a photo sharing site like Photobucket, but do not use your personal information. Use the camera icon in the toolbox above the posting box to enter the http address and your photo should appear.

    Hope this is helpful,
