I have cut out sooo many bad food from my diet, yet I still have acne on my face. Im 17 years old, and right now, my face has only cleared up substantially, but not completely. And i have scars

So, what's wrong? Why don't i have the clear complexion that health gurus claim will happen to me if I eat right?

Hi Bugzy -

If eating right would clear up acne many of us would have clear skin, but according to this information many factors contribute to us having acne.

Have you checked out our Acne Health Center ? It has a great deal of information to help you with your skin problems.

Here is a little more basic info from my website about the 4 scientific factors that have been shown to bring out acne. http://www.tareendermatology.com/acne/

I hope that helps
