I've had this for a while now, it has recently became worse. I want to clear it in time for prom! anything helps.
They are very little bumps-some tiny, some medium, that are white in the middle and leave behind hyper-pigmentation. I thought maybe Keratosis pillaris?

Mohiba K Tareen, MD responded:
Dear An,

I agree, it certainly does look like keratosis pilaris (KP). Given how widespread it is, it may need treatment by a dermatologist with prescription strength meds. In the meantime, you can try over the counter creams with gentle acids in them such as Amlactin or Cerave SA.

I hope that helps
