Dear Dr. My mother is interested in a new product called nono for the removal of facial hair but has many allergies. There is a cream included in this that has the ingredient capislow. I am unable to really find any pertinent info on this other than itis a hair retardant and it comes from a bush.It has a trademark emblem next to it and I need to know what exactly it is. Is it an ingredient or are there ingredients within it? Also what is your opinion on this nono hair removal product? I think it's a crock buy I'd like the advice of an expert. Thanks, Donna

I have the no no...and it works...you have to give it time. It does remove hair right away, but hair does not grow all at the same time so I am finding that I have to use the no no every other day....but it really does work!!

Does it work because of the capislow cream or the gadget itself?
