in regards to winning a $25 whole foods card, i've found the most impt thing for self tanning is the brand. i've only done my face as i'm so white i'm afraid if i did whole body friends wouldn't believe. the best one i've found that i love and noone seems to thinks it looks phony is by victoria's secret. i use bare bronze, light to medium. when i email pics, my fiends think i look great for someone who is struggling with my health and i love the way i look as well!!!!! it's great because you can use it dauly and it moistureizes but if you waant to stop, you don't look weird...you don't go from super dark to pasty white overnight. i've always been very fair and used total sun blocks, but this gives just the right color!
