    Hello,

I was diagnosed with Rosacea a month ago. I have had some flare ups, and have new spots on my eyelids, around eyes, and I am wondering what I can do to treat these?

My daily routine consists of this:
    1. Nutragina Natural Face wash
    2. Metro Gel application
    3. Use Nutragina Oil free moisturizer

Should I consult with my doctor? Since I have these new spots? Or does Rosacea go on eyelids? They itch and burn like the other spots, that are around my mouth and nose, and starting to appear on my forehead.

What can I do to prevent flare ups? I haven't figured out my triggers. But my face gets very flushed(bright red) after a long intense workout, that sometimes triggers it, but sometimes it is fine.

How can I figure out my triggers? I am fairly new to this!

    thanks!

I was diagnosed with Rosacea about 6 months ago and have experienced the itching skin and some inflammation on my eyelids. For the flareups I have used Metrogel and Tetracycline and then also Benedryl at night to help with the itching and sleep. You should definitely see your Dr or dermatologist for further treatment possibly with Tetracycline or Orachea, especially with eye involvement.
Now I use Sebamed for cleansing and Eucerin SPF 30, redness relief day moisterizer and Eucerin night cream.
The National Rosacea Society has some good information ong triggers, etc. Hope this helps.
