For more than 8 years, I've been suffered from an itching problem in my groin area. (Both my arm pits are also dark colored. Although I don't have itch problem in those areas.)I've used anti-fungal creams, although sometimes I didn't use them continuously. Recently, I met a dermatologist for this problem. He asked me questions such as what's my job, etc. At the moment, I'm an IT student. I sit in front of the computer for long hours. So he told me that, since I've been used to that life style for a long time, that's the reason for that itch. He said, since there is no way to wind to go through that area, with sweat & all, that could happen. We're live in Sri Lanka, which gets sun rises most of the year & has a hot temperature usually. So,He prescribed me the followings,

Clarithromycin (2 tablets per day - 2 weeks)
Avil (1 in night - 1 month)
Gention Violet (To mix with water to wash the effected areas of the body)
Micogel (To apply on the effected area)

He advices me to use the medications in long term & to change my life style. Now, I've been using those medications for 2 weeks. I can feel that the conditions have been improved. The itch is almost fully gone. But now my problem is, the scar left by that itch. Since it has been there for a long time, Both sides of my groin area (upto anus) are dark (black). All these years, I've been physically & mentally suffered because of this problem. I want to know a good solution for this scars.
