Besides turning myself into a cleant freak-, im also the best housekeeper in my own space ever since i had my first break-out at 19 years old. SO that makes it a 10 years mark for me. *smile *
It has never been too easy for me, esp in the beginging. I thought i was allergic to beers. Because my first break out was having HIVES all over. That was an easy fix. I took Benydryls, KNock the heck out of me. But it worked and it went away.

Because i thought i was allergic to beers. I fought it. HOw can anyone be allergic to beers. That would be the saddest thing ever. So, i took things into my own hand and i drank more beers so that my body will get use to it and fight it off. It works!!! Never break out with hives ever again but THIS turns up a year after my Hives.

At first i thought i was allergic to heavy laundry detergents, i used less and more of a baby detergents just to make sure it wont irratate my skin and caused the itching. I scratched the heck out of me!! THat didnt work. Then i start changing my sheets daily. I will never have dust in my space. I cleaned everything to its squeaky clean. I only wear silk and soft fabric. never wears any coarse fabric or anything material that will trigger the itch.
10 years of being that careful i still scratch myself time to time everyday. Im very ambarrassed for the marks on my body. I dont want to look like i have a conditions or weird symptoms but thats what i had lived with for the longest time.

I never believe in taking pills or medications for this matter. You take a pill for something, that pill also weaken other parts of your body. Therefore i had took matter into my daily preparations and cautioness.

ONe thing i know for sure works and help greatly with this is, lotion. Use Jergen's VITAMIN E lotion everytime youre out of the shower. DOnt shower or bathe with too hot of the water. It trigger ur skin to swell up , too much circulations therefore it itches. When u feel the ugr to scratch, DON't. Just lightly rub with the palm of your hand. Dont use your fingers esp your finger nails. THey're too sharp. The more you scratch, the worse it would be.

Always remember to lotion urself before bedtime- before hitting the sag to stay moist. Your bed sheet must be smooth and clean, Pillow tops, blanket or comforter must be soft materials. Even if in the middle of the night, you started itching, dont scratch. Have your partner rub your back and lotion you down!!! GOOD HABBITs Helps!! Keep a bottle of baby Lotion - JOhnson Family ..that feels so good at nighttime. Jergen during the daytime cause it would last longer. JOHnson baby lotion is better at night time because its more cooling since ur laying on ur back ...

Hope this helps. Cus i know there's no cure and im not about to take any pills for something i can managed. Its tough but it'll only take practiced. WE have sensitive skin!!! NOT an illness or a disease!!
GOODLUCK guys!!
