    Under arm itch and just started getting bumps

    Hello it started out with a dark pimple that would not itch until my friend poked it out to see if any puss will come out but nothing came out two weeks later my under arm started itching and i started getting like red looking bumps today I am attaching a picture by the way=
    I still have the dark looking bump visible still take a look I eat healthy and am 24 years old male who goes to the gym and college
    Any help from an MD or medical oriented person would be greatly appreciated or anyone also
