Wart pop question

One week ago, I went to a dermatologist (never seen her because i just moved to the area) to get some warts frozen off. 5 to be exact. 4 on my right hand and one on my left. So anyways I got them frozen and she acctually told me to pop each one once the blister formed. I had a large blister on the top of my right middle finger And I popped it. I didn't pop the others because I wanted to see what would happen to this one. So anyways I cut a little slit in it with a sterilized needle. When everything drained out I saw through the slit that a bright red bump was under the roof of the blister (I assume that that's the virus). I then kept the wart covered with a bandaid and for the most part dry. Now, one week later, the blister has been reattached back to the finger by hardened "wart juice". It is red and it looks like a scab. Once again my dermatologist told me to pop it right away even if it didn't hurt. I don't know what I'm sopposed to do now. Maybe she's trying to get more money out of me by having me come back with a wart that just won't go away for some odd reason (maybe popping?!). Oh well. Anyways please answer my question! Thank you!!! Btw sorry if my discription grossed you out
