severely itchy skin, small bumps, small blisters.

I've been suffering from severely itchy hands, feet, legs, arms, stomach, etc. for the past several months. My 16 month old son also suffers, but his is a little different than mine.

I have tried every itch cream, name brand and generic, that I can find. I itch so horribly that I have tons of scabs, scratches, welts, etc. My hands itch worse than anything else, but everywhere itches. I have small bumps that show up on my hands and itch really bad. They don't look like warts or blisters or a rash. There's no rhyme or reason to when or why they show up. They just do. I itch whether the bumps are there or not.
The only thing that has changed since I started itching is my environment. I moved houses and about two or three months later the itching began. I have flea bombed my house, treated my cat, sprayed for bed bugs, etc. Nothing has helped.

My sons is different than mine. It's only on his feet. I see him scratching elsewhere, but you can only see the bumps and things on his feet. His show up as small blisters. They can be popped. And he has a lot of scabs, too. They're mostly on the insides of his feet. Sometimes I see a blister or two on his toes, though. If I rub anti-itch cream on his feet or just plain rub them, that seems to help. I Googled "small blisters on feet," and it gave me Dyshidrosis, a form of Eczema. People in my son's father's family have eczema, but not that , as far as I'm aware.
Ikindt honestly makes me feel like a bad parent because his feet look so horrible and I don't know what to do to help him. He also doesn't have any allergies that I am aware of. I am only allergic to penicillin.

Any help, opinion, advice... anything will be greatly appreciated. I am so tired of itching that it is honestly driving me insane.

Also should add that the itching gets worse after a shower and when I change clothes.
