Hi everyone!
I'm a male, 25, and overweight but never had a rash like this. It's primarily on my upper thigh groin area on both sides. Also under my belly.
This rash has been around for sometime. And won't go away. I have acanthosis on my neck. And I'm worried that it maybe spread to this area. But it looks a bit different.
It is itchy everyonce in awhile but more or less it's just there and I want to treat it!
I've included pictures of it. Right now the white powder is from gold bond powder so ignore that. But anyway please help me understand what it is and what needs to be done.
