can't sleep at night
char7777 posted:
I've talked to my doctor about not being able to sleep at all - I tend to stay up watching the clock hoping to fall asleep. This happens almost every night. So my doctor gave ambien (10mg). I have to
take 1/2 of the pill every night and have been doing this for a year or so. Now I am afraid that this is not good for me, so I try to take that
melatonin (10 mgs) - I even take 2 of them and they still don't work.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
