Skin Rash

An_247256 posted:
Hello,

I'm in Costa Rica. We were staying in the rainforest for a couple of days when I began to notice red bumps (only itchy when touched and a little painful if touched) on my sides beneath my armpits and extending down to my hips. There are more bumps on my right side than my left. I'm trying to figure out what this is from and if I need to do anything. It hasn't spread at all and seems to be staying the same. Seems like an odd place for a rash to develop considering I haven't had the problem anywhere else. Any thoughts on what this might be from and what can be done about it?

Thank you!
