    Wound Healed with Skin Inside

Hello! I pray you are in great health and high spirits!

Ihave been going crazy since Monday when my doctor informed me that my wound healed with skin inside it. I had an operation on August 7th on my left food to remove bones and it looked like my wound may have been healing somewhat normally. However, when the wound was done healing, the area of the operation has a crevice in it and the doctor said there is skin inside the wound. Further, the bones in the foot are more painful now than before the operation. I have left many messages for the doctor this week but to no avail. I was even told he would not be returning my call. So, I must ask, what can be done about the way my wound healed?
