Bumps on back, very painful

I knew what this was at the onset of pain last night. A small collection of bumps to one side of my spine, middle of back, not itchy. The bumps look like about five or six pimples which sounds like nothing, but the nerve pain is quite terrible. I had this about eight years ago around my eye (very itchy, I thought they were mosquito bites). I have ulcerative colitis, an autoimmune disorder, and take Remicade which has suppressed my immune system, hence the outbreak of shingles. I am 39 so, never too young to have shingles. Hopes this helps.
