Sometimes I get small random pains near my belly button on the skin. I noticed that I have one mole with two other less prominent moles near by. Could these pains be related to the moles?
    Mohiba K Tareen, MD responded:
In general, moles should not be painful. If your moles are painful, that may indicate some change occurring. Please have your doctor take a look.

    I hope that helps

I'm not exactly sure that it is the mole that is hurting. I have a couple stretch marks nearby also. The pain comes from the skin and I just noticed a couple moles and thought maybe they could be the cause.
