    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Itchy Stomach HELP
    An_248732 posted:
I found out a month ago that what I have been told for years was an asthmatic cough is really acid reflux. The specialist put me on medication right away and a diet. I have started itching especially at night. My stomach has brown dots not hives they are dark. Benadryl and caldry does nothing for it. There has been some family stress and I dont know if this has anything to do or may add to it but this itching is driving me out of my mind. It is hard when walking down the hall at work and all I want to is scratch at my stomach. Please if anyone can help or tell me who to see. To top it off my family doctor is out for the next three weeks with a family emergency. I dont know about seeing a PA about this.

    Hi Anon -

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Our Drugs & Medications Center may help in identifying side effects or reactions the med may be causing.

Please talk with the PA about your symptoms and your pharmacist may also be helpful.

    Hoping you find answers soon,
