I have itchy red spots all over my stomach and neck that come and go. I cannot seem to get rid of them! They are not hives. I can see the bumps at all times but sometimes they flare up and itch even worse. They are a little like pimples but without the white head. They seem to be permanently there, however sometimes will appear darker and very itchy suddenly out of the blue. Could it be gluten? Sugar?
