    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

As I said, I'm a twenty-two year old male, who has never had bad problems with acne before. Maybe one or two here or there, but right now, I have over a dozen breaking out over my face, chest, back, shoulders, and even my stomach.

I shower every day and wash my face. I also just got back from Afghanistan to Italy two weeks ago, if that has anything to do with it.

Changes in climate and stress and main factors that can precipitate an acne flare.

Start with an over the counter salicylic acid wash once daily and a benzoyl peroxide cream or gel once daily. These products are effective for the majority of patients with acne.

If after 4 - 6 weeks you are not seeing significant improvement, go see your dermatologist.

    I hope that helps
