Chronic skin sheeding

I've been told I have eczema by doctors but I'm not sure I do.

My biggest problem is perhaps that I appear to shed my skin 10 times faster than a normal person does. When I take off my clothes, a significant pile of body dandruff falls to the floor. Typically vacuuming the house twice a day keeps the dust to a minimum. My wife says it looks like snow.

I also have some red "welts" on my legs and arms, typically round or oval in shape.

Finally usually on my right thigh, the skin looks like a snake shedding; the color of the skin is a little discolored. This also happens on my buttocks sometimes.

The only parts of me that itch is typically my back.

I use lotion after showering, and usually apply lotion in the morning,
and whenever the spots become painful.

I can deal with the red welts and all, but the shedding is very annoying. Nothing appears to help or reduce it, not even lotion.

What more can I do?
