    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Odd rash/bites? on arms, neck, back

Last week I developed a couple small bumps on my forearm, near my elbow. A day later a large scratch-like line of bumps formed on my upper arm. Since then, I have developed multiple blistery, red bumps on my upper arm, elbow area, and patches of them on my neck/upper chest area. There are also two small sections on the small of my back. They are somewhat itchy, more of a stinging feeling, and very red and irritated looking. All are on the right side of my body. I have been taking Benadryl orally and applying triple antibiotic cream to the affected areas for over a week with no improvement and increased appearance of the bumps. My child sleeps in my bed and has shown no sign of developing anything. I have always had sensitive skin and get hives frequently, but never anything like this! I have an appointment with a derm next week, but was hoping someone might be able to provide some insight here.
