Stringy scar tissue after a radical hysterectomy
I had a radical hysterectomy 3 years ago because of uterine cancer (stage 1b thank goodness) and at my most recent followup appointment my Doctor said that he can feel stringy scar tissue at the top of my vagina's incision. I just said OK when he told me but now that I'm thinking about it I'm getting worried about the cancer coming back. Is stringy scar tissue anything to worry about?
