Itchy and scratchy
An_251776 posted:
My son is 22 years old and had intense itching for many years. He has eczema and has several common allergies, mold, cats, trees, etc. He has been through many of the same treatments listed in previous posts, steroids, prescriptions, skin creams. A couple of years ago he started to keep track of everything he ate and found he has additional allergies beyond the standard testing.

He now only takes an over the counter allergy med and feels much better.

P.S. Carob is a great substitute for chocolate.
