Cut on the left inside of the vagina wall

I have a cut on the inside of my vagina wall. Inside i mean, when you open, on the left side just before the entering there is a small cut, that causes much pain and discomfort. Tried steroid creams, almond oil avoiding sex, but as nothing is working to heal this. It is just not healing. Nothing like this has happened before. It is not bleeding or anything. I had the same partner, we live together. If urine gets on it it hurts.
I saw my doctor and done everything she said, but if i try to have sex it rips straight away, no matter how wet i am .

    Please help!

    Thank you

An unexplained break in the skin, particularly when so painful, should be investigated. I would consult your gynecologist or dermatologist- occasionally bacterial or fungal infections, inflammatory conditions such as lichen planus or lichen sclerosus, or even precancerous or cancerous lesions may cause breaks in the vaginal skin.

    I hope this helps

    Thank you Doctor.

I have been to the Doctors and they say they don't know what possible it could be or why it is not healing. It started 2 days after i stop taking antibiotics from bartolinis cyst. I had bartolinis cyst removed on the right side (operation) and i was beginning to get it on the other side, so doctor prescribed antibiotics and ever since then i have this little wound. It's like a little hole. It heals on the surface, but never fully.
What remedies or cream i could use?

    Thank you for your reply!
    Regards,
    Rita
