Acne and some clueless thing downtown

Hi, I am 17 years old and just wanted to clarify something. About a month had a problem with acne which led to foliculitis on my head. But my dermatologist took care of that problem with Vibramycin, Cyteal Solution for the head, nizoral shampoo and an acne wash for my face. I should say that the acne problem is almost done

2 days ago I found that on my left thigh(close to the scrotum) a part of my skin peeled off(probably 1-2cms). I think this would have been caused due to the tight underwear and excessive heat. But then I found something like a pimple(very small) on the lower left side of the scrotum(close to the peeled off skin). When i first saw, blood was bleeding, but not that much. I immediately washed that area with soap and stuck a bandaid on the peeled off skin.

Finally, my questions include: 1. Is it actually a pimple? Else what is it? In fact its the only one on my scrotum so thats why i think it is a pimple But can pimples actually come on the scrotum? 2. Could it be due to the heat where I live in? I live in the Middle East, so temperatures soaring to 45C is quite common. 3. What can I do to cure that pimple? 4. My doctor gave me Fucidin/Fucicort cream for the red pimple on my face. Could I use the same cream down there?
