    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

skin feels like a sun burn

Spent yesterday at an indoor waterpark. Woke up with my skin feeling like it has ben sun burned, but it is not red at all and there is no rash; however, it is extremely sensitive to clothing/touching. It is only on my trunk (where my bathing suit was touching). Obviously this is some kind of reaction to the chlorine. It is worth noting that I am the only one in the family having this problem.

The dye or rubber from your bathing suit may have had a reaction from the chlorine or from being in the sun.

Try a cool shower and then lathering yourself with 1% hydrocortisone ointment (the greasy stuff) and putting on old pajamas. This will cool and hydrate your skin.

I hope the waterpark was fun
