For a long time I have had shiny red skin around my cuticles that becomes red and inflamed. I thought this happened to everyone, but now I am not so sure. My cuticles have very few wrinkles, and becomem totally smooth when I am overheated. Not sure if it is relevant, but I am just about to turn 24 and have had primary Raynaud's for 15 years.
