Use of Humira with a diagnosis of liver disease
    An_254802 posted:
I have sever plaque psoriasis and cirrhosis. I have been sober for 1yr. and 9 months.

. The psoriasis cleared up on 98% of my body after 6 months
of being sober. I was diagnosed with type two diabetes 8 months sober'

I began taking insulin injections 4 times a day, two months later my
psoriasis came back and now covers appx. 80% of my body.

My dilemma is, begin taking Humira or not. My GI doctor says there are risks involved, and I would need to have blood drawn every two weeks to see how my liver is reacting Previous psoriasis treatments
has been topicals and light therapy to no avail.
