How about a bit of a change of pace? Everyone who is here is here because they have concerns about their sleep (or lack thereof), but I thought we could also have a bit of fun too...

1. How many pillows do you sleep with and what kind?
2. Do you like/need 'white noise' to help you sleep or must it be all quiet?
3. What kind of blanket/comforter do you like?
4. Do you ever read in bed? If so, what are you currently reading?
5. Do you watch TV in bed? What shows usually?

1. One, soft, squishy pillow so I can cram it into a comfy position.
2. I can sleep with no noise, or lots of noise. Doesn't matter to me!
3. One sheet, and one of those thin quilts.
4. Yes, I read in bed. At the moment, "Count to a Trillion" by John C. Wright. Not lovin the book, but hate to quit something I've started!
5. At night, before I go to sleep, I watch some tv -- love the dramas -- NCIS, House, Mentalist..

Nice topic! Hope others reply!

I envy you, Deehanna, that you can sleep with or without noise. I like those pillows you can cram into comfy positions too.

I have a hard time letting go of books once I've begun too but I'm getting better at that.

I hope others reply too!
