    Recurrent Hypersomnia
    Stephanie4768 posted:
I was recently diagnosed with recurrent hypersomnia. I'm having a really tough time finding any useful information about this, since this is not a common slep disorder. I need to sleep between 10-16 hours per day and for me that is nearly impossible to do with a full time job. I'm always tired, and I'm late for work about 3 days per week. Does anyone know a really good website that has information about this or a good book about it. I've purchased a few books on sleep disorders, but out of hundreds of pages there is only a paragraph regarding this disorder. Anyone else have it? How do you deal with this?
