    Pattymacl posted:
I was diagnosed celiac 5 + years ago. I was diagnosed with a biopsy and blood work. I immediately went gluten free and have been strict about my diet, consequently I have now been diagnosed with high blood pressure (I am definitely not overweight and I do exercise) that just came out of the one in my family has it. BUT the worst thing Is my inability to sleep. If I fall asleep I jerk awake after minutes and then will be up for several hours. So I will be up til 1 or 2 and the get up at 6 or 6:30. I am never tired and Get my 2nd wind about 9 in the evening. I now take sleeping pills! I love them.
