    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

I recently took myself off Ambien which I had been taking for 4yrs now. After watching Dr. Oz and seeing the danger Ambien causes I decieded it was time. I bought Somnapure because the ad said it helps.. well I have been taking it now 3 days and I have been doubling the tablet dose just to get one hour of sleep. I don't feel anything as of yet. I guess either my body needs time to detox from the Ambien at this point. I take it as directed, one hour before 2 tabs...well 2 hours later I'm still wide awake and take another 2 tablets around 2 am. by 5:30am I am now forcing myself to at least get an hour in. it's hard.
