Hello, I'm back to share this info with you and that 7 months on I went back to my Sleep Therapy department as I was experiencing choking in the night and a very dry mouth. I have now got a humidifier attached to my cpap machine and the benefits are huge! No more choking and my throat is much less dry in the mornings.

Hope this helps someone out there who is a fellow sufferer xx
