I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and have been given a full face mask. I haven't been able to use it properly. I have a very small face, and even though the mask is extra small, I have to tighten it pretty much all the way to keep the thing from leaking air. Therefore, I've just stopped using it altogether because I'm cutting into my skin. It's frustrating. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm literally in tears daily as I'm so exhausted on a day-to-day basis.
