head rushes while falling asleep
avatar
theojs posted:
has anyone experienced rushes of blood to the head while on the verge of falling asleep? I have been through a sleep study and neurological and cardio exams and no one can tell me what is happening. When I am close to falliong asleep I will get a rush of blood to my head, sometimes it creeps up and sometimes it comes quickly. It is quite frightening and is preventing me from getting more than 4-5 hours of sleep a night. Sleep meds don't help.
