    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Fisher wallace machine

Hello. I just wanted to say that Im on day #19 of using the Fisher Wallace machine and I have to say Im just now seeing some changes that I like. Im using it for anxiety, depression and sleep problems. I have started to feel more alive, riding my bike everyday(a bike that Ive had for a good while and said I was going to ride but never had the ambition) I am really hopeful now that I have started seeing some changes as I was pretty skeptical. It will be worth every penny I paid if it gets me out of the prison my mind has been stuck in for far too many years. I just thought I'd share this with all the people that may wonder about it..Thanks Cherie
