Sleep twitching

louellab posted:
My husband has been twitching in his sleep for the 30 years I've known him, but at 62 it's much worse. His whole body twitches and twice he has punched me without waking up. He was diagnosed with early stages of Parkinson's, but the neurologist we saw said he doesn't have Parkinson's. He had surgery for sleep apnea and no longer snores. But he still twitches. Ideas?
